Per-sport availability, the weekly volume/distance/calorie summary, the intake weekly-availability reminder, and the race countdown.
Mark a day as Limited, Unavailable, Sick / injured, or Race day so the coach plans around real life. Open the day-options dialog (right-click a day, or click an empty day), pick an availability, and save. A small tag appears on the cell.
Availability can be whole-day or scoped to one sport. The "Applies to" selector lets you say, for example, "can't swim today but can bike and run" — choose Swim only + Unavailable. A day can carry a whole-day entry plus several per-sport entries at once.
When the calendar is narrowed to a single athlete, the left rail shows a week summary:
If the athlete filled in the Weekly Training Availability section of the intake form, the rail shows a per-weekday reminder of how much time they have and which sports are possible. The same hint appears inside the day-options dialog for the day you're editing (e.g. "📋 Intake: 1h · Swim · Bike"), so you plan against the athlete's real weekly window. See Weekly training availability on the intake form.
Below the summary, a Race Countdown block lists the next few races (A / B / C priority colour-coded) with days-to-go, so the next target is always in view while you plan.
