For Everyone Troubleshooting

Bringing data in from Strava, Garmin Connect, or other platforms

No direct sync exists today. Use the universal FIT export route from each platform.

How to bring data in from each platform

Strava

  1. Go to a single activity page in Strava.
  2. Click the three-dot menu and choose Export Original (downloads the FIT or TCX file).
  3. Drop the file into Grepiac activity uploader.

For a bulk export from Strava:

  1. Go to your Strava account settings.
  2. Use the Download or Delete Your Account flow (yes, that menu) and pick Download. This produces a ZIP of your entire history.
  3. Inside the ZIP, the activities folder has FIT and TCX files, plus some GPX.
  4. Extract the files and upload to Grepiac in batches.

Garmin Connect

  1. In Garmin Connect, open an activity.
  2. Click the gear menu and choose Export to TCX or Export to FIT.
  3. Drop into Grepiac.

For bulk export from Garmin:

Final Surge

  1. In Final Surge, open a workout.
  2. Use the FIT or TCX export option.
  3. Drop into Grepiac.

Bulk export from Final Surge: contact their support; they typically offer a manual export of all activities for account migration.

Other platforms

If the platform produces FIT, TCX, or GPX, Grepiac accepts it. Most modern fitness platforms do.

Roadmap

Direct sync with at least one major platform is on the roadmap. Until then, the manual FIT path is the right workflow.
